the main issues; the production process of different business entities within the economic zones 
should not affect each other. For example, the production of some construction or industrial products 
to which food is added in one of the adjacent enterprises, and strong-smelling paints are added in the 
other, will not affect the quality of any product. Therefore, during the study of each region by a special 
working group, growth points are determined based on their capabilities and specialization is being 
carried out accordingly. 
Experts say that special economic zones are currently being specialized in 13 different areas. 
In this regard, it is expected that in order to prevent businessmen's projects from giving each other

Liberalization and modernization of the economy, first of all, creating favorable conditions for 
attracting direct investments, is a matter that cannot be postponed for any country. The role of free 
economic zones is extremely important in the implementation of such tasks. 
It is considered economically effective to establish free economic zones mainly in a certain 
region or a separate area of a certain country. Therefore, during the past period, a number of special 
laws and normative legal documents were adopted in our country regarding the further development 
of the economy, especially in the areas of industry and trade, electrical engineering, construction and 
transport.
