Research methods: To solve the tasks set in the master's work, the following research methods were used: descriptive, classification, etymological, cognitive-discursive methods.
The novelty lies in the fact that the content of the concept of «happiness» is analyzed within the framework of linguoculturology and cognitive linguistics. A study was made of the functioning of the concept of «happiness» as a cultural and mental universal in the poetic consciousness of the outstanding Russian poet of the twentieth century Sergei Yesenin.
The practical significance of the work lies in the solution of linguoculturological problems, in particular, those related to the description of the conceptual picture of the world and psychologisms in the works of L. Ulitskaya. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of using the results of the study in theoretical courses in linguoculturology and special courses in this area, linguistic analysis of a literary text.
