REFLECTIVE WRITING
2022-2023 Date: __09.06.2023________ Group: ____2109_______ Name: _Haydarova Nargiza _ The lesson was informative and well-structured. The topic of audio lingual method and its role in improving student's speaking skills was presented effectively. The teacher started the lesson by providing the definition and background information to give a clear understanding of the topic. She then clearly explained the objectives of the lesson, which helped me to focus on what I needed to learn. I enjoyed the activities that were presented, especially the ones that involved speaking practice. These activities were thoughtfully designed to encourage students to communicate their ideas and thoughts in English. For example, one of the activities was a role-play exercise in which we had to interact with each other using the target language to order food in a restaurant. The teacher provided us with a lot of opportunities to practice speaking and corrected our errors, which was helpful.
Overall, I thought the lesson was engaging and effective in achieving its objectives. The teaching methods were appropriate, and the teacher's approach was clear and concise. I will definitely apply what I learned in class to improve my English speaking skills.
