Religious extremism and terrorism are a threat to society. The word “Extremism” means “incredible, excess”. The main feature of extremism is the promotion of views that contradict the values and norms accepted in society, the tendency to harsh views and measures. The concept of terrorism is widely used at the current time and what does terrorism means Terrorism is a unique form of political writing aimed at destabilizing society and inciting panic and fear among the general population and it is used by covert organizations to sieze state power by creating instability. Besides, terrorism is primarily violence aimed at witnesses rather than victims and aimed at inciting panic. There is also the concept of international terrorism, which refers to political subversive activities aimed at destabilizing states, international organizations, political parties and movements. - The fact that the threat of terrorism in the world has been increasing , especially in the recent years, shows that the method of combating them, mainly through the use of force, is not justified.
- In this respect it is often limited to tackling the consequences of the years, not the root causes that pose the threat. I believe that the root of international terrorism and extremism is ignorance and intolerance, among other factors. First of all, the most important task is to form and educate the minds of young people on the basis of enlightenment.
