CONCLUSIONS ON CHAPTER I


The formation and development of agricultural tourism is based on theory structural changes in regional agro-systems. The essence of the theory structural changes comes down to the following. In structure the proposed object (system), a key element (industry) is selected, which is technologically and functionally related to other elements (industries) of this system and is an integrator in achieving the goal movement of an object or its positive transformation. The agritourism industry is an integrating element systems of agro-industrial complex and agriculture. In a modern economy integration processes are viewed as diversification processes. At the same time, a distinction is made between internal and external diversification. The first associated with the integration of agriculture with local processing industry, storage and procurement of agricultural raw materials. The second part assumes the penetration of agriculture into related areas of activity: trade, catering, culture, healthcare. The integrator of production in this case is agritourism.
Among the researchers of agricultural tourism, at present, there are no clear concepts of rural and agricultural tourism, tourism in rural area, rural (agricultural) tourist complex. Based research of theoretical provisions on the essence of agricultural tourism, the following conclusion was made agritourism is a related industry agriculture, providing employment for the rural population and attracted contingent to increase the volume of main production and personal incomes of citizens with elements of rest and recreation. Held also the difference between the concepts of rural and agricultural tourism. Difference consists in the volume of agricultural products produced and means accommodation of tourists. A generalizing concept of rural (agrarian) tourist complex as a system of combining production and social spheres of agriculture and tourism. Formation development and development of innovative facilities impossible to implement without the concept of socio-economic development. For this, the corresponding conceptual models are built. The author has developed conceptual models for the development of agricultural tourism and features of the zoning of agritourism in the Uzbekistan as a related industry agricultural production. A feature of the development of agricultural tourism in Uzbekistan is insufficient volume of agricultural production, in contrast to its pre-reproduction in Western Europe. Therefore, it is provided the third stage of development of agricultural tourism as a model of rural (agrarian) tourist complex.
