Fig.5. Schematic synthesis of polymer series
When the temperature rises to 158-160°C, as a result of dehydration of glycerol molecules, acrolein monomers are formed. Stirred for 4 hours at constant stirring speed and temperature. After that, the liquid sulfur copolymer is cooled to 5-25°C under normal conditions and solidified. Solid polymeric sulfur is crushed to the desired size. The copolymerization reaction of acrolein with sulfur is shown in Figure 5. In order to determine the density and water permeability of the ceroasphalt concrete sample, the following work was carried out, and all values are presented in Table 1. Table 1. Density and water permeability of ceroasphalt concrete sample
After the completion of these tests, we will determine the compressive strength of asphalt concrete at (0±2)o C temperature, (20±2)o C temperature and (50±2)o C temperature. Since we are working on the adaptation of cero-asphalt concrete in hot climates, it is necessary to determine it at (60±2)o С and (70±2)o С. Determining the compressive strength R_sj, MPa is determined based on the following formula: ; (1) Here: P is the failure load of the sample, H; F – cross-sectional surface of the sample compressed in the press, cm2; 10-2 – conversion factor in MPa. The results of measurement and calculation are obtained and then compared with SUST 9128-2013. Since our country is a region with a hot climate, asphalt-concrete roads are prone to damage. In order to prove that asphalt concrete pavements can work even at high temperatures, we determine the compressive strength at 60 oC and 70 oC temperature. To do this, we put the samples in a press to compress the sample after standing in water at a temperature of 60 oC and 70 oC for 1 hour. The process of compressing the sample should be 3±0.3 mm per minute. According to the results of our experiment, the water absorption, density and strength of ceroasphalt concrete were determined. After receiving the results, we will compare the minced meat with the regulatory documents. The values are given in table 2. Download 375.88 Kb. Do'stlaringiz bilan baham: |
