Goal:  To  create  a  financial  reporting  system  detailing  key  financial 

statement, budget, activity, and variance information to assist the Board 

in decision making 

 

Key  Data:    detailed  financial  and  non-financial  data  on  membership, 

fundraising,  grants,  and  health  and  service  programs  offered  by  the 

organization 

 

Biggest  Challenge:  Having  to  develop  rudimentary  systems  to 

efficiency convert manual data to a computerized system that could then 

be used to upload data into the new financial reporting system.
