Employment contract

2. Employment contracts

  • employment contract is an agreement between an employee and an employer to perform work for a specific specialty, qualification, and position for a fee based on the agreement of the parties, as well as the conditions established by labor laws and other regulatory documents.

At the time of employment, the applicant shall submit the
labor book, except for persons entering the workforce for the first time. Persons who are employed on the basis of temporary employment, instead of a work book, a certificate obtained from the main place of work;
those who are forced or conscripted for military service, respectively, a military card or a certificate of being in the military account;
The employment contract may be terminated for the following reasons
by agreement of the parties. According to this basis, all types of employment contracts can be terminated at any time
at the initiative of one of the parties;
at the end of the term;
  • at the end of the term of the fixed-term employment contract;
  • if the labor relations continue even after the end of the term, and none of the parties has requested its cancellation within a week, the contract is considered to be extended for an indefinite period;
  • the employment contract concluded for the time of the employee's absence from work, whose job (position) must be maintained, shall be canceled from the date of the employee's return to work.
