This cargo does not contain objects and substances that are prohibited for transportation by an aircraft (explosives, firearms and ammunition that are radioactive, corroding, depriving the viability or capacity of the substance). The contents of the consignment fully comply with the attached documents. We are aware that incorrectly provided data on the nature of the cargo may be subject to administrative and criminal liability. In the case of the transport of dangerous goods, all substances and components are declared in accordance with ICAO and IATA regulations. The airline or its agent has the right to search for hidden dangerous goods, request additional documents or refuse to transport the incorrectly declared cargo.

Я заявляю, что груз, передаваемый, согласно данному инвойсу, упакован и передан перевозчику с соблюдением всех правил безопасности. Данный груз не содержит предметов и веществ, запрещенных к перевозке воздушным судном (взрывчатые вещества, огнестрельное оружие и боеприпасы, радиоактивные, разъедающие, лишающие жизнеспособности или дееспособности вещества). Содержимое груза полностью соответствует прилагаемым документам. Нам известно, что неверно предоставленные данные о характере груза могут нести за собой административную и уголовную ответственность. В случае пересылки опасных грузов, все вещества и компоненты задекларированы в соответствии с правилами ИКАО и ИАТА. За авиакомпанией или ее агентом остается право к досмотру скрытых опасных грузов, запросу дополнительных документов или отказе в перевозке некорректно задекларированного груза.
