• excessive car emissions. Nowadays there are too many cars especially in mega cities. They produce exhaust fumes and contaminate the air so badly.
• Plus, smoke coming from factories or plants has a detrimental contribution to air pollution. You know what, I got shocked when I saw an enormous amount of smoke coming from factories on YouTube, honestly.
4. In what ways, air pollution can be minimised?
From my understanding,
• governments and individuals should act together. It can only be solved collectively not individually.
• Imagine, if governing bodies introduce new legislation on minimising air pollution, but if individuals keep polluting the air consciously, would it make sense? I don't think so. Individuals should also feel a sense of responsibility and act accordingly, like maybe driving less, not burning garbage, planting more trees.
5. What about factories/plants ? What should they do to be eco-friendly?
I'm not entirely sure. The only thing that I can think of is
• using renewable energy sources such as wind turbines and solar panels. They could be a practical solution, I guess. Burning fossil fuels such as natural gases and coals means an enormous amount of smoke.
