- Legal establishment of and fully operational
Republican Textbook Revolving Fund
Foundation (RTRFF) by 1 Feb 2005.
On 1 June 2006, Resolution No. PP-363 “On
measures of establishment of Republican
Special Book Fund Foundation (RSBFF)
under the Ministry of Finance of Republic of
Uzbekistan” was adopted.
On 11 July 2006, RSBFF was registered at
the Ministry of Justice with Certificate No.
002172.
RSBFF’s executive director was appointed in
December 2006.The central unit of RSBFF is
staffed and regional staff selection process is
ongoing. Organizational chart and staffing
schedule along with operational budget were
provided to ADB. RSBFF operation and
performance is subject to regular review by
ADB missions.
c. New curriculum textbooks introduced
