Task 1. Ergonomic exercises:
1. Shoulder rolls: Roll your shoulders forward and up, then back and down in a circular motion.
2. Neck stretches: Gently tilt your head to the side, bringing your ear towards your shoulder, and hold for a few seconds. Repeat on the other side.
3. Wrist stretches: Extend your arm out with your palm facing down, then gently pull your fingers back towards your forearm. Hold for a few seconds and repeat on the other hand.
4. Eye exercises: Look away from your computer screen and focus on an object in the distance for a few seconds, then shift your focus back to your screen. Repeat several times.
