List of ergonomic exercises:
1. Neck stretch - slowly turn your head to one side and hold for a few seconds, then repeat on the other side.
2.Shoulder rolls - slowly roll your shoulders forward and backward, taking deep breaths in between.
3.Wrist flexes - hold your arm out straight and flex your wrist up and down, holding each position for a few seconds.
4.Seated spinal twist - sit upright and slowly twist your upper body to one side, holding onto the back of your chair for support, then repeat on the other side.
