Help desk technician - provides technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users who are experiencing computer hardware, software, or network problems. They may also be responsible for maintaining IT equipment and software systems.
Database administrator - is responsible for managing and maintaining an organization's databases, ensuring data security and integrity, optimizing database performance, and ensuring that data is available to users when they need it.
Software developer - designs, develops, and tests software applications, systems, and tools. They may work on developing new software or improving existing software, and must have knowledge of programming languages and software development methodologies.
System analyst - is responsible for analyzing an organization's existing computer systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing new systems and processes that meet business requirements.
