  1. Introduction

Hospitality is about serving guests to make them feel good. The guest is treated with the utmost warmth and respect, and the best services are provided to him. Hospitality is all that is needed to offer warmth to someone who is looking for help in an unfamiliar or unfriendly place. This refers to the process of receiving and receiving a guest with goodwill. The hospitality sector includes all star hotels, motels, hostels, hotels, cafes, restaurants, pubs, nightclubs, bars, airlines, cruises, amusement parks, etc. The average room rate (ARR) and occupancy rate (OP) are the two most important factors determining profitability. ARR depends on the location, brand image, star rating, and quality of amenities and services offered. The percentage of occupancy depends on other seasonal factors. Today, the hotel business is one of the fastest growing industries in the world. At the same time, the modern hotel industry around the world is facing a huge set of serious problems, such as economic influx (fluctuations in the economy), shortage of labor and retention of quality personnel, growing technological demand, ensuring and maintaining absolute cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring and maintaining excellent and exceptional standards of guest service, ensuring significant and memorable personal experience, sustainability, growing competition, lack of the latest and sophisticated marketing technologies, difficulties in energy and resource management, ensuring impeccable security and protection, as well as ensuring reliable cybersecurity and data confidentiality. Economic influx is largely an unavoidable problem for the hotel industry. From time to time, this causes fluctuations in the country's economy. When a country's economy is at a high level, business trips tend to increase. The percentage of hotel occupancy and the number of seats at the reception increases, which leads to a higher level of profit. Conversely, business travel slows down when the economy is low, which leads to a decrease in the percentage of occupancy and the number of racks. The hotel industry is facing a serious problem of labor shortage and has not been able to retain good specialists. Retaining a quality workforce through training and development in the hotel business is a big problem, and the attrition rate is too high. One of the reasons for this is the unattractive salary package. The hotel industry is facing the challenge of providing the latest technology to hotel guests, and it has been noticed that the innovative use of technology benefits not only customers, but also the operation of the hotel and ultimately helps the hotel to stand out from the competition and attract more customers. The hotel industry has noticed and realized the problem of ensuring and maintaining absolute cleanliness and hygiene inside the hotel premises, as well as the strong intolerance of hotel guests to this. The hotel industry has noticed and realized the challenge of providing and maintaining excellent and exceptional standards of guest service, which have undoubtedly become essential. The hotel industry has noticed and realized the problem of providing meaningful and memorable individual experiences to hotel guests during their stay in order to provide them with a long-term business, otherwise, if the impressions are not memorable, the guest will never visit the hotel again, and the hotel will certainly lose not only one client, but also other clients. business and income provided to them in the form of booking accommodation and subsequent consumption of food and beverages. Sustainable development is rapidly taking an increasingly important place on the agenda of every hotel, and this is largely due to the growing interest and concern of people about the environment. Hotels should understand that corporate responsibility programs can help effectively and efficiently gain the trust of customers. The hotel industry, without a doubt, faces the problem of fierce competition among themselves, since over the past two decades the number of all-star hotels has increased markedly worldwide, which ultimately led to a sharp decline in ARR & OP. The use of the latest and sophisticated marketing technologies is another task that needs to be solved in order to ensure proper brand promotion, which will subsequently increase the percentage of room reservations in a particular hotel. The hotel industry needs to save and manage its resources and energy, as well as use environmentally friendly biodegradable products to solve the global task of reducing energy costs and reducing toxic carbon emissions. The hotel industry must ensure and maintain impeccable security for guests and hotel staff, respectively. The hotel industry must ensure maximum cybersecurity and data privacy in order to gain the trust and trust of all hotel guests.
