Hi! - is an informal greeting used among friends. The other greetings are formal and are used with strangers and older people except.
Hello!- which is used with every one. There are normally no exclamation marks after greetings or imperatives.
Activity

  1. Divide the class into two groups: “Children” and “adults”

  2. Point to the clock one after another and let the first group say the correct greetings and the other one respond

  3. Then ask some individual PP to speak

  4. Finally ask PP to do the same activity in pairs
