The phenomenon of euphemia A.M. Katsev, N.S. Boschayeva, L.V. Artyushkina it was 
studied by V. P. Moskvin and other linguists different aspects are covered from different points 
of view. For example, L.V. Artyushkina studied the exchange and semantic type of euphemism, 
its pragmatic aspect is studied in detail by N.S.Boschayeva. G.G. Kujim illuminates 
euphemism as a meliorating tool of language, A.M. Katsev interprets it from a socio-
psychological point of view.

With the development of the language, its euphemistic layer also develops. This is 
because of tabooing based on the norms of a new morality and a new worldview new forms of 
used euphemisms also appear. In this as opposed to primitive taboo requirements, it has been 
the norm to say in place of many words and phrases, it is more convenient compared to it (the 
previous one), phrases that are more pleasant for the speaker and the listener are used.

In the development of language and society, euphemisms are mainly decency, mutual 
respect, it appears on the basis of the principle of goodwill, that is, nationality. Euphemisms 
abound and a widespread phenomenon that is not only in place of taboo words, but also 
uncomfortable to say is also used to soften the meaning of the units. Uzbek language has a very 
rich lexical layer, diverse content and unique features have In particular, each word has 
meanings. National-spiritual speech has figurative and euphemistic meanings that reflect our 
culture lexical units make up a significant part of our vocabulary.

Euphemistic lexemes formed by the speaker in the language are spoken the level of 
culture, as well as the content of explanatory dictionaries is one of the important indicators. 
Such concepts and units reflecting in explanatory dictionaries is the understanding of the 
specific characteristics of each language is important. Because it is one of the elements of 
national spirituality and cultural discourse calculated, i.e. morally and culturally in the relations 
of individuals and society euphemistic graduonyms used in place of inappropriate, crude units
