The study's relevance is undeniable, as zooologisms are extensively used amongst local speakers. However, someone who speaks English as a 2nd language makes use of those units in his speech best infrequently, as they're tough to recognize and their misuse can result in intercultural verbal exchange failures. Furthermore, this residue of language is idea to be under-explored.In this context, a more extensive analysis of phraseological units with zoonyms is required; an attempt to do so is described in the next article. The data for our study came from an English phraseological dictionary, stylistic and explanatory dictionaries, and collections of commonly used proverbs.
