   INTRODUCTION
   

“It should be noted that in the framework of the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Education" and the National Program of Personnel Training in the country, a comprehensive system of teaching foreign languages, is harmoniously developed, A system has been created aimed at forming a valuable, modern-minded young generation and further integration of the republic into the world community.During the years of independence, more than 51.7 thousand foreign language teachers have been trained, multimedia textbooks in English, German and French for grades 5-9 of secondary schools, electronic resources for learning English in primary school More than 5,000 language classrooms have been equipped in secondary schools, vocational colleges and academic lyceums.
At the same time, the analysis of the current system of organization of foreign language learning shows that educational standards, curricula and textbooks are fully in line with modern requirements, in particular, the use of advanced information and media technologies, does not answer. Education is mainly traditional. The organization of continuous learning of foreign languages at all levels of the education system, as well as the training of teachers and the provision of modern teaching materials require further improvement”-PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN RESOLUTION ON MEASURES TO FURTHER IMPROVE THE SYSTEM OF LANGUAGE LEARNING. The English has become one of the international languages so that everyone wants to learn foreign languages as current globalization process demands to be in close connection with foreign countries. As our first President stated learning foreign language, is one more step to the development of our country. Development of a science as a whole and a linguistic science, in particular is connected not only with the solution of actually scientific problems, but also with internal and foreign policy of the state, the maintenance of the state educational standards which are the generators of progress providing social, economic society¹.
