Based on the results of the above analysis, we conducted a SWOT and PEST analysis of the English language training center “Havas Education”.


SWOT analysis of the English language training center “Havas education”

  1. Strengths

• Most of the nearby residents use its services.
• Taught from 0 to IELTS level in 8 months.
• Reasonably priced courses, discounts available
• Won the trust of customers during the period of the beginning of its activity
• Each visiting client is asked about his/her goal of learning English, and a group is assigned based on level and time.
• Once a week, at the end of the week, students are tested to determine their level of knowledge.

  1. Weakness

• Many people still don’t know its name and brand name.
• Does not require large advertising costs
• Marketing system is not well established
Only one (external) advertising banner is used. He has his own group on social networks, but does not advertise on them.

  1. Opportunities

• It is possible to organize additional courses in mathematics, Russian and Arabic languages
• Branches serve residents in the city center and beyond.

  1. Threats

• All classes are currently in use, but space may not be available later.
• If it does not form its own brand, it will not be able to enter a competitive market.
Although it has been around for 3 years, many still know the name of its founder, and not the “Havas education” brand.

Conclusion:
In conclusion, we can say that the market research conducted in the activities of the English language training center "Havas Education" shows that the training center occupies a special, unique place among the courses in the city of Bukhara. courses for certificates in English. It is believed that in the Bukhara region he has special applicants and customers.
Based on these findings and research, we would like to make the following proposals for the development of the English language training center "Havas Education":
1. Research in the process of obtaining a certificate in English showed that students generally scored lower than "listening" and "writing".
Therefore, we consider it expedient to attract experienced and knowledgeable specialists in this area to the training center.
2. Any enterprise (organization, firm) is a complex and rather self-organizing mechanism (internal environment), functioning in its external environment. Although the enterprise independently determines its structure, policy, scope of activity, makes decisions, but it largely depends on its external environment. For this reason, it is advisable for us to ensure a balance between the internal and external environment of the educational center.
That is, it is important to observe truth, justice and subordination in relations between professionals and students. This will help develop sundress marketing in the training center.
