Components of SWOT Analysis5


Every SWOT analysis will include the following four categories. Though the elements and discoveries within these categories will vary from company to company, a SWOT analysis is not complete without each of these elements:

Strengths


Strengths describe what an organization excels at and what separates it from the competition: a strong brand, loyal customer base, a strong balance sheet, unique technology, and so on. For example, a hedge fund may have developed a proprietary trading strategy that returns market-beating results. It must then decide how to use those results to attract new investors.

Weaknesses


Weaknesses stop an organization from performing at its optimum level. They are areas where the business needs to improve to remain competitive: a weak brand, higher-than-average turnover, high levels of debt, an inadequate supply chain, or lack of capital.

Opportunities


Opportunities refer to favorable external factors that could give an organization a competitive advantage. For example, if a country cuts tariffs, a car manufacturer can export its cars into a new market, increasing sales and market share.

Threats


Threats refer to factors that have the potential to harm an organization. For example, a drought is a threat to a wheat-producing company, as it may destroy or reduce the crop yield. Other common threats include things like rising costs for materials, increasing competition, tight labor supply and so on.
Results and discussions:
We evaluated the Havas education training center as a research facility for conducting and analyzing marketing research in non-profit organizations.
The educational center "Havas Education" first began its activities in 2020. At the beginning it was called STANFORD LC.
The Stanford English Language Teaching Center was opened in the spring of 2020 in the building of the 14th comprehensive school, when the total number of students was about 30 people.
After that, the 1st branch with leased premises was opened.
This branch was located on the 1st floor of the building next to the Bukhara Park. At the beginning of the English class, there was only one teacher, that is, the founder of the training course, which made it possible to implement personal marketing and create a personal brand. As the number of students gradually increased, a 2nd branch was opened.
The 2nd branch was opened in 2021 in the area of the Bukhara caravan bazaar.
There, this system was introduced by another teacher, that is, Azizov Abbas. Branch 2 was opened mainly to meet the needs of young children, residents whose homes are far from the city center and reach the right audience. Thus, the training course began to work in 2 places with a single system.
Shortly after that, in 2021, the location of the 1st branch was changed and part of the building of the Barkamol Avlod children's center near the 14th secondary school was leased. The number of places, teachers and students has increased here. In the first year of the opening of the training course, the first students received their certificates, these were the first results. As the number of students increased, new teachers were hired. The training center hired 5 of its best students as teaching center teachers and they teach there to this day.
The number of branches is still 2 and they function in accordance with the needs of the population in the suburbs and in the city center.

She moved to the HAVAS EDUCATION GROUP and began to create her own brand.
Currently, the educational center "Havas Education" uses outdoor advertising in its activities.
Outdoor advertising and banners are mainly placed near the educational center.
