All doctors recommend exercising , as prevention and convalescence of various ailments . 3. People suffering from general fatigue should basically choose the right diet, the right rest and the right exercise. 4. Exercise promotes the proper formation of human anthropometric features and nurtures a physically fit. 5. one of the best exercises is swimming. because all the muscles move during the swimming process. 6. In our country, a number of sports are developing, mainly wrestling, judo, football, volleyball, basketball, handball, swimming. 7. There are sports complexes, stadiums, swimming pools and specialized sports complexes in our city. 8. I am involved in national kurash. 9. I play basketball and football. 10. Climb a mountains.

My Favourite Sportsman Cristiano Ronaldo. Cristiano Ronaldo dos Santos Aveiro (born 5 February 1985 in Funchal, Madeira), better known as Cristiano Ronaldo, is a Portuguese footballer. He plays for the Italian club Juventus and the Portugese national team. He is widely considered to be the greatest footballer of all time. Ronaldo is currently the second most expensive professional football player of all time, after moving from Manchester United to Real Madrid for approximately £80m. At his presentation as a Real Madrid player, 80,000 people greeted him at the stadium. This is the world record, passing the 25-year record of 75,000 people at Diego Maradona’s presentation for Napoli. Ronaldo was born and raised in Funchal, Madeira Islands. His father named him “Ronaldo” after former U.S. president Ronald Reagan. In 1997, at age 12, he went on a trial with Sporting CP, who signed him for a fee of £1,500. He then moved from the Madeira Islands to Lisbon, to join the Sporting youth academy. Ronaldo began his professional career at Sporting Clube de Portugal. In 2003, Ronaldo joined Manchester United from. He joined Real Madrid in July 2009. In the 2007/08 season, he became the only player in the last 25 years to win both the “FIFA World Player of the Year” and the “Young Player of the Year” awards in the same season. In that season, he scored a total of 42 goals and won the European Golden Boot, an award which is given to the top scorer of league matches of every European national league. On 18 April 2017, he became the first player to reach 100 goals.

1. Basketball, a game played between two teams of five players each on a rectangular court, usually indoors. Each team tries to score by tossing the ball through the opponent's goal, an elevated horizontal hoop and net called a basket. 2. Football, also called association football or soccer, is a game involving two teams of 11 players who try to maneuver the ball into the other team's goal without using their hands or arms. The team that scores more goals wins. 3. I like to travel to the mountains mostly with my friends.

5. Table tennis, also known as ping-pong and whiff-whaff, is a sport in which two or four players hit a lightweight ball, also known as the ping-pong ball, back and forth across a table using small rackets. The game takes place on a hard table divided by a net. Except for the initial serve, the rules are generally as follows: players must allow a ball played toward them to bounce one time on their side of the table, and must return it so that it bounces on the opposite side at least once. A point is scored when a player fails to return the ball within the rules. Play is fast and demands quick reactions. Spinning the ball alters its trajectory and limits an opponent's options, giving the hitter a great advantage.
