Relevance of the topic: From the first years of independence, the development of the education system in our country has risen to the level of state policy. Great work is being done to nurture their abilities and talents, to realize their intellectual potential, to cultivate in the hearts of our youth a sense of devotion and devotion to the motherland.
The Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 7, 2017 “On the Strategy of Actions for the Further Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan” sets a number of tasks for the development of the social sphere, in particular, education and science. Gradually, the independence of higher education institutions through the development of a program of radical improvement of the higher education system in 2017-2021, further improvement of curricula, expansion of the powers of higher education institutions in the search for additional sources of paid services and funding will be developed.3

The material of the research work was based on theories and principles of linguists in the sphere of pragmatic linguistics, discourse, a number of online dictionaries, fictional works written by foreign, Russian and Uzbek linguists. Among foreign authors, we should mention F,de Saussure, Miller George and Leacock Claudia, Allan Keith, Dash Niladri Sekhar and others. Among Russian and Uzbek Linguists, we should mention A.V. Kunin, I.V. Arnold, G.B. Antrushina, D.U. Ashurova, M.R. Galieva and etc.
Methodological base of the work is comprised of method of notional deduction, interference method, contextual analysis method, comparative method.
Practical value of the research (dissertation paper) is the possibility to use its results in the course of lectures on text linguistics, pragmatic linguistics, semantics, cognitive linguistics, semiotics of the text, communication theory, discourse theory, the theory of speech acts and sociolinguistics, as well as in the practice of teaching of applied disciplines and psycholinguistics public relations as well as during practical English lessons.
