Ineligible Entries
17. The Sweat Foundation will not accept prize draw entries that are:
a.
automatically generated by computer, completed by third parties or in bulk, illegible, have
been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with or are incomplete;
b.
received outside of the prize draw period;
c.
from individuals who have submitted more than one entry, either through the use of
multiple accounts or through the same account; or
d.
from personnel of The Sweat Foundation (including employees), or its holding or
subsidiary companies (or their holding or subsidiary companies), and their immediate
families or associates, or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw.
18. The Sweat Foundation reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit
or intention of the prize competition.
The winner
19. A winner will be chosen by random draw on 14 May 2023 11:59 UTC. The decision is final and
binding and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into in relation to it. Alternative
winners may also be chosen on that date, in the event that the first winner is not able to claim the
prize.

20. The winner will be notified by The Sweat Foundation using the contact details provided at
entry/through their account within 14 days of the Closing Date and, in any case, has 14 days from
the time the announcement of the winner is made to confirm participation in the prize.
21. Reasonable efforts will be made to make contact with the prize winner over a period of two weeks
from the initial notification. If it has not been possible to contact the winner in that time, the prize
may be forfeited and The Sweat Foundation reserves the right to offer the prize to the next
eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
22. If it turns out that a winner (i) was ineligible to participate as set out in these Terms and
Conditions, (ii) fraudulently entered the prize draw or (iii) otherwise obtained an unfair advantage
in the reasonable opinion of The Sweat Foundation, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the
next eligible entrant.
