Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
Prize Draw
The title of the prize draw is Sweat Wanderer.
Key Details
●
To enter the prize draw, you will need to hold a valid Sweat account and Sweat Wallet and, at the time
of entry, accumulated 25 SWEAT in your Sweat Wallet and have placed these in a Grow Jar. You also
need to pay a 1 SWEAT opt-in fee. These actions must be completed between 2 – 14 May 2023, with
a cut-off time of 11:59 PM UTC on 14 May 2023.

You cannot enter the prize draw if you reside in the USA, China, Pakistan, Russia or any jurisdiction
in which the use of Sweat is restricted as per our terms and conditions (see
here
).

There is a limit of one entry per person.
●
The winner will be chosen by random draw on 15 May 2023 at 2:00 pm UTC, or at a time otherwise
determined by us.
●
The prize for the eligible winner is a holiday travel package, as set out below.
●

General Rules
1. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other
communications, including advertising or promotional materials.
2. By participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and
Conditions and by the decisions of The Sweat Foundation.
3. The Sweat Foundation’s decisions are final in all matters relating to the prize draw.
4. The Sweat Foundation may cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes
reasonably necessary to do so.
5. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the
jurisdiction of the English courts.
6. Please retain a copy of these Terms and Conditions for your information.
7. You acknowledge and agree that in entering the prize draw: you will comply with all applicable
laws and regulations; and the prize(s) awarded to the prize winner will not be used or dealt in a
way that is incompatible with such applicable laws and regulations.
