Prize Draw Period
8. The prize draw will run from 2:00 PM UTC on 2 May 2023 (the "Opening Date") to 23:59 UTC on
the 14 May 2023 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.
9. All prize draw entries must be received by The Sweat Foundation by no later than the time stated
above on the Closing Date. All entries received after that time on the Closing Date are
automatically disqualified.
How to Enter and Eligibility:
10. To enter the prize draw you must:
a.
be aged 18 or over at the time of entry;
b.
be the holder of a valid Sweat account;
c.
be the holder of a valid Sweat Wallet;
d.
have, at the time of entry, accumulated 25 SWEAT in your Sweat Wallet and staked at
least that amount in a Grow Jar;
e.
paid the 1 SWEAT opt-in fee; and
f.
comply with our general terms and conditions which can be found
here

11. You cannot enter the prize draw if you reside in the USA, China, Pakistan, Russia or any
jurisdiction in which the use of Sweat is restricted as per our terms and conditions (see
here
).
12. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and are eligible to claim the
applicable prize. The Sweat Foundation may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to
enter the prize draw.
13. If you have any issues entering the prize draw, or wish to withdraw after having entered, please

14. The Sweat Foundation will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or
delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure
(where relevant), equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server,
computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
15. There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted
and joint submissions are not allowed.
16. No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.
