ABSTRACT  
Mevlâna and Maturîdî two major feature of Islamic history is two person 
who signed to great services their period. these two great scholars, who lived one of 
them XIII. Century and the other IX and X. century wrote works which a chain rings 
can be considered in line, supporting each other's opinions. So I think that is 
important providing as a academical work both a scholar of theology freedom of the 
will of the problem in comparative perspective. First, one of the mystic, Mevlana 
and the other one theologian (mütekellim) Maturîdî’s viewpoints abouth The 
problem of a liberty subject as old as human history is examined as sub-headings 
based on the works of theology andmethodology was followed, and to be 
interrogated opinions of two scholars to look like compared with unlike terms of 
belief. Eventually it is established Mevlana and Maturîdîs freedom of will and 
accordingly intellect, will, fate and accident, such as have similar views on issues.
