4. Working conditions
Work and rest schedule
Shift work lasting 12 hours with a 4-shift duty schedule.
Must know:
1) Rules for the operation of railways;
2) Instructions for the movement of trains and shunting work on railways;
3) Instructions for signaling on railways;
4) Technical and administrative act of the station in terms of the work of shoemakers: installation of brake shoes and devices used to install them on the rails;
5) Rules for installing and removing brake shoes: location of brake positions; plan and profile of marshalling tracks in the serviced area; procedure for braking rolling stock;
6) Operating instructions for shunting radio and public address communication systems;
7) Charter on the discipline of railway transport workers, guidelines and instructions for ensuring the safety of train traffic and safety precautions relating to the work of a shoemaker.
