2.2. Reception duty.
Before taking duty, he must undergo current instruction on labor protection and sign in the TNU-19 log from the station managers. Performs acceptance and delivery of shifts (together with the employee handing over and accepting the shift).

2.3. Responsibilities of the STC operator for dispatch during duty:

- processing of trains upon departure and preparation of train documents;
- control over the timely departure of cars from the station and ensuring the safety of cargo documents.
The departure operator of the STC is responsible for compliance with the train formation plan, safety of transportation documents, completeness and correctness of drawing up full-scale sheets f. DU-1, compliance with established time standards for processing documents (drawing up a full-scale sheet of form DU-1, converting transportation documents), maintaining the secrecy of information contained in transportation documents.
