1. Initial data.

1.2. Form of labor organization.
The operator is part of the station’s integrated team, operationally subordinate to the senior operator of the STC, administratively to the head of the STC.


1.3. Labor rationing.
Number of wagons sent from the station . Downtime of a transit car with processing.


1.4. Salary.
Time-based bonus. Bonus in accordance with the Regulations on bonuses in force at the station.
