1. Initial data.

2.2. Reception duty

2.3. Responsibilities of the train receiver during duty:

The train receiver carries out timely and high-quality commercial inspection of cars in the arrival depot and the sorting depot. According to the application of the VOKhR or SBM in the departure park, to identify and eliminate commercial faults that threaten the safety of train traffic and the safety of transported goods, in the cases specified in Article 168 of the Railway Charter. Draws up an act of general form.
The train is accepted after familiarization with the documents for this train; the nomenclature cargo (head and tail) is presented to the paramilitary guards.
During inspection, attention is paid to commercial defects:
a) damage or absence of seals, if there is a mark about them in the carriage sheet;
b) unclear imprints on seals, when the name of the station cannot be determined from them;
c) signs of theft and loss of cargo, the possibility of access to the cargo due to damage to the body, leakage of cargo from the body of a covered wagon or from the boiler of a tank;
d) improperly closed hatches of gondola cars, unclosed sides or improperly secured platform locks, as well as open hatches of loaded covered wagons, if the cargo does not need to be transported with open hatches;
e) violation of technical conditions for loading and securing cargo and loading disorder on open rolling stock (shift, skew of cargo, cargo on single platforms extending beyond the limits of any beam by more than 400 mm, collapse of stacks, etc.);
f) absence or damage to cargo securing (broken racks, pads, spacers, thrust and spacer bars, rupture and weakening of guy wires, straps, clamps, damage to end fencing panels, etc.).
If it is impossible to correct a commercial defect during the technological time of train processing, the car is uncoupled for correction and a report of the general form GU-23 is drawn up in two copies, which are signed by the train receiver, the car inspector and the gunner of the paramilitary guard (if any).
To correct commercial faults, the RSDV team is involved during technological breaks, while ensuring personal safety equipment.
