SCIENTIFIC BASES OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES OF TEACHING 
OF MEDICAL AND BIOLOGICAL DISSEPSINS

In the conditions of informatization educational system the important role is 
played by information technology, that allow teacher to modernize the educational 
process. Information training technologies are determined as a set of electronic 
resources and methods of operation are used to implementation of training. 
The great past philosophers and teachers in their writings concluded, that in 
the right organized educational process it needs to be used all of the sensory sphere 
of the student building on ―gold didactic rule‖ – visibility. 
The computer helps save on the job, rich illustration material moments, 
which are difficult to understand, show in dynamics, repeat what causes the glitch, 
differentiated classes according to the individual characteristics of each student, 
take control on himself knowledge. Methods allow intensify trainee, when he is not

only treats perceives information and acts, create an atmosphere of interest during 
the studying topics on the chosen specialty. 
Currently widely are used modern innovative methods of teaching medical- 
biological subjects. I.I. Pavlov stressed taughts of the inevitability and importance 
of animal experiments in medicine. But ethical and economic considerations 
dictate us the need in reducing acute and chronic experiments on animals and 
simultaneously use of effective alternate methodological procedure. It is possible 
to conduct virtual biological experiments in some sections of physiology, where 
students can see conditions of experiment, leg reagents and watch for upcoming 
changes in the virtual laboratory animal on the computer screen. Many alternative 
teaching methods are based on modern information technology and it requires up 
today computer base and permanent updating. 
Computer technologies let us go to new forms of studying, the creative 
work, let considerably expand the volume of the studied material, diversify forms 
and means of perception. The use of modern information technologies is a 
necessary condition for effective approach to training and perfection teaching 
methods.
