The purpose of the study. It consists in the development of a protection system for the distribution and damage of the main pests of the chamomile plant, the species composition of natural entomophages, their importance in reducing the amount of the pest population.
Tasks of the research:
To determine the general and main types of pests of chamomile plant distributed in the regions;
creating measures to combat plant-sucking pests;
biological characteristics of the main pests of chamomile plants, thrips, white wings, whiteflies, spider mites, aphids, and calf-head beetles, creating a set of effective tools and methods of combating them;
to test the biomethod based on entomophages of goldeneye, trichogramma, and bracon against insects that harm the chamomile plant;
It consists in testing modern microbiological preparations against the main pests and choosing the most effective ones.
Research object as a harmful set of pests that harm the chamomile plant was obtained
The subject of the study is a chamomile plant with medicinal properties cultivated in the regions of the Republic.
Research methods. The research was carried out using all methods widely used in general entomology and agricultural entomology. From the methods of V.O. Khomyakova, V.I. Voynyak, N.B. Bondarenko and others in the study of the biological characteristics of pests of the chamomile plant. In the use of biological means I. Bondarinko, (1983); In the study of the development of insects, I.V. Kojanchikov, (1961); and Sh. Khojayev (2018). Using the methodical instructions of N.V. Bondarenko, Kh.R.Mirzaliyeva and Sh.T.Khojayev in the study and use of biological objects, and Sh.T.Khojayev, F.M.Uspensky and others in agrotoxicological studies, the obtained results were based on the method of B.A. Dospekhov. dispersion was analyzed.
Scientific novelty of the research. In the conditions of our republic, the distribution, damage, species composition, bioecological characteristics, phenology of the development of sucker species and damage levels of the main pests of the chamomile plant have been determined;
the periods for predicting the emergence of sucking and rodent pests of the chamomile plant and timely implementation of countermeasures have been determined;
highly effective biological and chemical methods of combating the main sucking pests of chamomile plant have been developed;
a convenient, cheap and effective control system for the medicinal plant, harmless to the environment and natural entomophages, has been developed;
a system of protection of medicinal plants from sucking and rodent pests has been developed.
