Conclusion
Finding a good mentor isn't difficult, but it's important to know where to look. Good teachers are well prepared in advance to teach. They prepare their own action plan every day to ensure maximum productivity. Teachers have a lot of knowledge about everything, especially the subjects they specialize in. A good teacher constantly expands his knowledge and continues to provide good, up-to-date education to his students.
Similarly, a good teacher is like a friend who helps us in every difficulty. A good teacher creates an individual learning process that is unique and not generic. It motivates the students to learn the subject better. In other words, a good teacher ensures that his students study effectively and get good grades.
Above all, a good teacher is one who focuses not only on our academic performance, but also on our overall development. Only then can the student truly grow. Thus, good teachers understand the problems of their students and try to solve them properly.
