Cultural and historical resources . The potential of historical and cultural resources of the place plays a key role in the development of tourism in a particular area. Cultural and historical resources can be used for many purposes in tourism. The attractiveness of cultural complexes depends on their historical and pictorial value, ease of use.
Among the tourist resources are cultural of world importance objects and monuments are in the forefront. When we say "cultural heritage", we mean: - Monuments: architectural buildings, places of archeological significance, caves of scientific, cultural and historical significance, inscriptions; - Ensembles : A group of interconnected buildings of scientific, cultural, or historical significance. For example, the Registan ensemble; - Hospitality places : unique places of aesthetic, ethnographic, historical significance, created by man or nature. The following features of the objects included in the World Heritage List are taken into account: - Unique examples of human creativity ; - Great cultural, architecture objects, and areas of special importance of cultural landscapes ; - Unique examples, constructions of modern civilization ; - Buildings or architectural ensembles, landscapes related to human history . Of nature unique views worldwide The properties to be included in the list are : - Geological-geomorphological in the development of the Earth monuments formed on the basis of processes ; - Various unique ecosystems, landscapes; - Specific plants and animals of a particular region; - Rare biological species. Cultural - a complex of various material and cultural monuments of historical resources, objects of tourist interest of a particular region. The richness of the region's architectural monuments will stimulate the development of tourism. But the recent increase in tourist flow is also causing some problems. It is proposed to save these resources for tourism as follows: - restoration of existing historical sites, buildings and monuments as objects of tourist interest ; - activation of protection of natural resources ; - increase the responsibility of governments in maintaining and improving the environment in order to meet the needs of tourism . Intensive use of available resources in tourism activities, ie as a result of increasing anthropogenic load, leads to pollution of natural tourist resources, rapid destruction of historical monuments. The Hague Declaration on Tourism makes the following recommendations: - Educate and promote the preservation of cultural heritage and the environment, respect for them, both at home and abroad ; - It is stressed that the level of reception of tourists in the area should not exceed the norm .
