INTRODUCTION
There are many reasons why a master doubt to use technology in the classroom. For some of us, we grew up, only because the PCs became a common device in the houses, so we spend with a sense of nostalgia on paper. Others, it is the fear of managing a classroom of students online. In some cases, there are teachers in some cases that are not enough to work in a District with technology.
In all these cases, as a teacher, we have to overcome our fears and take advantage of the use of technology to teach writing. Although there are advantages to learn writing on paper, there are so many to write digitally. For example, most teachers had students with learning disabilities in their class. Often, for these students, only the act of trying to make paper words or to make by writing, can be a challenge that loses writing strategies that I tried to teach them.
For these students, you can use any number of free applications that allow you to talk to your words and write the computer online on the screen in a word processor. Another advantage of using technology to teach writing is that the students can get comments immediately in various ways. First, there are many free Grammar Review applications and websites that allow students to easily use students who can correct their work.
There are free websites or extensions that work in the web browser. These tools are useful for students who may read at a lower level that they learn English as a second language or simply write with reasonable English. In addition, the use of technology offers all students access to other resources, such as online dictionaries and the tesaurus. You can also share documents with you, your teacher, for comments on each phase of the writing process.
