The pie charts compare the percentage of money that spent by students on different sectors in a university in the years 2000 and 2010.


Overall, it is clear that there were significant changes in some sectors in terms of students’ investment exception for some. Food and drink, however, was the most funded sector by them in both years.
In 2000, students of a university spent higher proportion of their money on food and drink (home) sector, with making up 29%. The figure for this, however, unchanged in 2010, it still remained the top funded sector. Utilities (electricity and water) was the second expenditure which received by them, amounting to 21% in 2000, and this grew to 27% for next a decade. The percentage of money on eating out was only 4% in the beginning, and it doubled in 2010, accounting for 8%. The last increase funded sector on expenditure which was the transport, accounting for 8% in 2000. This experienced a slight increase, and it was only 9% for next a decade.
Turning to the other sectors, the proportion of expenditure on clothing was 16% in 2000, and the figure for this considerably declined to 5% after a decade. Both sports/cultural and holidays witnessed no change in the proportion of funding, with making up 17% and 5%, respectively, in 2010.
