The problems of translation modal verbs from English into Uzbek Contents: Introduction

Actuality of the qualification paper: This work is a qualitative and a quantitative study made to present one of learners’ real problems in translation. That is, the problem of frequent verbs and their translation into English. It attempts to find out the reason why learners of English are unable to find the right/ appropriate equivalents of the verbs into English.
The aim of the paper is to study importance of meaning and problems of frequent verbs in translation as well as finding the solution of adequateness. Frequent verbs in both analyzing languages are the same, but in translation some lexical transformations needed and we will look them ever carefully.
The novelty of the given work is that in this qualification paper we’ve analyzed verbs and their translation into English.
The subject matter of the given work includes problems of frequent verbs in translation. This work has got theoretical and practical importance.
The object of the paper is the books of O.Henry, P.Abrahams, “Uzbek xalq ertaklari” and other fiction books.
The tasks of the paper:

   To make a research on frequent verbs and translation problems;

   To study linguistic materials;
   
3. 
   To characterize the application of translation principles in the process of translation;
   
4. 
   To study the use of componential and translation analysis in translation;
   
5. 
   To review all possible source illustrating frequency.
   

The theoretical importance of the paper. Studying translation problems of frequent verbs shows the fact that equivalence is crucial and be encountered by the translator. This work helps to enrich or to build a basis to develop translation theory.
The practical value of the paper. This work can be used in seminars on translation theory and lexicology to debate on issues said above. It is also useful in working out manuals, textbooks and etc.
