The aim of the course paper: The main goal is to study FLT (foreign languages teaching) technologies and to investigate effectiveness of a dialogic speech in teaching academic lyceum pupils. Technology creates opportunity to study in an easy way, especially in foreign languages, which is becoming more and more crucial. Using native speakers’ videos, projectors, computers, slides motivate students to learn more. Not only this , but also they have a positive effect on speaking fluency, cohesion coherence, pronouncation, as they listen videos with great attention.
Having classroom with modern technologies is main demand in teaching students foreign languages .Learners should be able to make themselves understood, using their current proficiency to the fullest. They should try to avoid confusion in the message due to faulty grammar, or vocabulary, and to observe the social and cultural rules that apply in each communication situation. To this relation, it is worth voting to what scientists believe, which particularly dealing with teaching speaking. 2 The educational technologies are expected in communicative approach to form anxiety , fear and boredom are minimized and students are not under the influence of the affective factors in a tertiary level.

Furthermore, they can understand applying for technologies in which cases and how make it suitable for academic lyceum students.
