CONCLUSION
Generally speaking, theoretical grammar deals with the language as a functional system. Language is a unique quality that sets apart the human race from all other species. Language has allowed mankind to communicate and express ideas, which has had a major factor in our development over time. The difference between theoretical grammar and a practical grammar course is that practical grammar prescribes certain rules of use, teaches how to speak (write), while theoretical grammar, analyzing the facts of the language, expounds them without giving any prescriptions. Unlike school grammar, theoretical grammar is 328 not in all cases gives a ready-made solution. Thus, the main goal of the TG is to present all kinds of views of various scholars on the most controversial issues of grammar, as well as, if possible, to formulate clear conclusions. If the latter is not feasible (which happens quite often), the problem remains open for discussion. The theoretical grammar of the modern language takes into account the existing language theory; of course, when assessing them, the authors in no way consider themselves infallible arbiters. At the same time, the author's definite position is not it appears in an explicit or implicit manner in a critical analysis of certain other theories and the linguistic material itself.
