- Ticket9 1. Production process preparation for technical design.
Intersection operative planning is carried out for separate worksections - in the cut of areas and workplaces and includes development of calendar plans of production for areas and control of their implementation, distributing of works, after areas, taking to the workplaces, operative adjusting of production processes.
Ticket9 1. Production process preparation for technical design. Production process is an aggregate of actions of people, facilities and articles of labour, natural processes, necessary for making of products. Production processes are designed to produce the required quantity of goods of the desired quality, at the right time, and at minimal costs. Process design helps develop a detailed plan for manufacturing products or services, and provides the foundation and structure for production operations. Decisions regarding the selection of a process design for producing a product or a service are influenced by many factors such as the nature of demand for the product, the degree of vertical integration, product and volume flexibility, the degree of automation, the quality level required, and the degree of customer contact involved.Process designs are basically of three types: product-focused, process-focused, and group technology. In product-focused production systems, the material flow is linear without any backtracking or sidetracking. They areorganized by the type of product or service being produced. Lean experts typically view 3P (Production, Preparation, Process) as one of the most powerful and transformative advanced manufacturing tools, and it is typically only used by organizations that have experience implementing other lean methods. Whereas Kaizen and other Lean methods take a production process as a given and seek to make improvements, the Production Preparation Process (3P) focuses on eliminating waste through product and process design. With 3P, the teams spend several days (with a singular focus on the 3P event) working to develop multiple alternatives for each process step and evaluating each alternative against manufacturing criteria (e.g., designated take time) and a preferred cost. The goal is typically to develop a process or product design that meets customer requirements best in the "least waste way". The typical steps in a 3P event are described below. The team seeks to understand the core customer needs that need to be met. If a product or product prototype is available, the project team breaks it down into component parts and raw materials to assess the function that each plays. Download 126.3 Kb.
