THE IMPACT OF COVID-19 ON TEACHING SYSTEMS AND INSTITUTIONS

TITLE: THE IMPACT OF COVID-19 ON TEACHING SYSTEMS AND INSTITUTIONS

ABSTRACT
The COVID-19 is now exerting a major influence on commercial organizations and people's lives, as well as altering the supply chain owing to global lockdown. The governments and medical departments lack a defined plan and medical assistance to combat the epidemic. Educational institutions and systems are having a difficult time maintaining educational activities since children and students' immune systems are weak, which may have a negative impact on their health. The study looked on the effects of the COVID-19 era on educational systems and institutions. : The quick and unanticipated transformation that COVID-19 brought to online teaching and learning has probably affected many, if not all, sectors of university students' life all around the world. This study focuses on the pandemic's effects on students' well-being since it has been discovered that this factor is just as crucial to students' long-term performance as academic accomplishment in understanding this transformation. The aim of this study was to investigate the link between student well-being and views of their degree completion and career prospects during the pandemic, as well as the role that university assistance plays in this relationship.
INTRODUCTION
The pandemic of COVID-19 has had a tremendous influence on many sectors of society, including enterprises, education, agriculture, import-export, and supply chain. The lack of treatment choices, as well as the scarcity of medical and protective equipment, are jeopardizing the process of preserving stability in business and other sectors. Due to school cancellations in reaction to the epidemic, over 1.726 billion students worldwide are now affected. Analysis and planning of future measures for managing the education system, as well as the execution of changes in educational institutions' approaches, are critical. COVID-19 is one of the most pressing concerns confronting humanity and harming world health since World War II.
It has impacted 2.164.772 individuals worldwide and killed 146.822 in 200 nations. There has been no report of clinically authorized antiviral medications or vaccinations that are effective against COVID-19, posing issues for the entire population's health system, economics, environment, and social life. The Corona virus attack has had a substantial influence on the education system and structure, resulting in a shortage of operational operations and the closure of educational institutions. The absence of appropriate measures and treatment will put pressure on national governments to give economic and social assistance to the populace. Due to a lack of infrastructure and preparation for the format, the transition to online learning will be challenging for emerging and impoverished nations. Instructors and students are unfamiliar with the online learning equipment and procedure, and the educational institution will have challenges in managing learning activities and engaging students. Online platforms such as Skype, Zoom, and Google Duo are insufficient for giving learning and engaging students, and a lack of internet facilities, gadgets, and atmosphere would harm institutions' learning techniques and impact students' knowledge.
