THE IMPACT OF COVID-19 ON TEACHING SYSTEMS AND INSTITUTIONS

CONCLUSION
According to the report, COVID-19 is having a significant influence on companies and other sectors. The research has recognized the influence of this pandemic issue on the education system and institutional ways to providing learning through alternative means. According to the report, people are dealing with major learning challenges and are searching for alternative methods to learning. The senior authorities must evaluate the significance of the difficulties and take remedial measures to improve the situation, which will aid in normalizing things and increasing the living experience. The system's ability to provide training and assistance is further hampered by students' and teachers' lack of technical expertise. The correct execution of norms for social distancing and sanitization will also raise the institutions' operational costs. Furthermore, the abrupt transition to online learning will be challenging for countries and educational authorities owing to a lack of infrastructure and preparation for the format that best supports the new approach. It becomes challenging for educational institutions to sustain operational costs while still retaining students.
Reforms must be made to improve the educational system and institutional systems. It is advised that universities utilize technology and involve students in learning to ensure continuity in learning and to share information with students. Virtual training technologies, such as Padlet and Edmodo, can be utilized to provide instruction. Providing education to employees and gathering feedback from parents about the online system can help the educational institution overcome challenges with taking lessons and engaging pupils.

The research explore
three important school of thoughts regarding education system as a way to explore how the same issue found is addressed in
different context. We look at other contexts to learn their experiences and apply whenever appropriate within the Bandung
context. On a practical level the research is also expected to contribute ideas and recommendations to various stakeholders, in
particular the local government to develop strategies in improving and developing the education system.

  • What is the current condition of education system, particularly in the city of Bandung?

  • What best way or approaches to address the issues within the education system?

  • After objectives of the study are properly identified, consideration goes to the means by which they are to be accomplished. The research will have a mix of research tools, which mainly consist of desk study and in-depth interviews

Article has demonstrated that, Institutions are no longer the exclusive source of education, and collaborations between schools and stakeholders are an essential component of educational progress. The current educational system is highly reliant on summative assessment, which focuses on measuring students' recall of factual information and abilities. Formative assessment is more useful in stimulating innovative teaching and learning, and it has been linked to higher student accomplishment. Governments are increasingly convinced that higher educational possibilities for citizens are connected to human growth, accomplishment, and happiness. Education should be focused on fostering personal growth and developing skills that individuals may use, as well as creating a learner who is prepared to learn from a variety of contexts. Regardless of expense, education should be tailored to each individual's capabilities and requirements.

The article presents five nations with the best and most unconventional educational systems in the world, emphasizing the significance of foreign language proficiency. It's amazing to see how different the approaches to pupils are in Asian nations and Finland, although both systems deliver high-quality education. While Romania and Poland have comparable educational institutions, their students might benefit from the Erasmus exchange program.

  • What is the difference of education system between countries?

  • What should be done to improve education system comparing to the European/Asian developed countries?

  • Why is the education system of these countries considered one of the top?

The significance of implementing a suitable educational system in the countries is critical for the betterment of their populations' futures. It is critical to properly train teachers and provide opportunities for them to advance their careers. Investment in educational system growth has earned Asian nations and Finland the label of leaders in Technology and electronics innovation. The Asian and European educational systems are vastly different, with the European system being more harsh against pupils. European countries spend less money on education than Asian ones, but students are more ambitious and value foreign language acquisition. Erasmus is a popular program that allows students to enhance their foreign language abilities.
