LITERATURE REVIEW
To increase the efficacy of the output and meet the objectives, the research required a methodical sequence of actions. For the examination of the influence of COVID-19 on the education system and institution, two types of ideologies were used: interpretative and positivist. To get a knowledge of variables and keep the analysis flowing, deductive and indicative research methodologies were applied. The research study's strategic approach was produced by using the proper design, which comprised exploratory, descriptive, and casual design. To achieve the research's aims, a quantitative investigation was conducted. The research concentrated on direct and indirect elements that might impact the educational system and institutional methods as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. They gathered information from 50 respondents and distributed a questionnaire to learn about their perspectives on the influence of COVID-19 on the educational system and institutions.
To preserve the study's reliability and validity, the researcher asked questions on the topic matter and deleted incorrect answers. The data was analyzed using descriptive and content analysis, and the data was deemed to be 85% reliable. The researcher has also concentrated on study ethics, such as privacy. The researcher utilized theme analysis to analyze data from 50 respondents of various ages and vocations. Because physical appearance is necessary for imparting information, social alienation and isolation are having a substantial influence on the educational system. Parents' lack of interest in online learning makes it difficult for teachers to deliver learning to children aged 4 to 10, and a lack of gadgets and internet access makes it impossible to provide knowledge and information. Online learning is a viable alternative, but it will be challenging to retain students in small institutions and colleges.
Moreover, governments are implementing measures to control the world's social and economic situations, but there is a need for action on the ground in terms of teaching people through internet platforms. COVID-19 has had a significant influence on all sectors and industries, resulting in a severe shortage of new job prospects. Online courses and the exchange of lecturer notes and data via online platforms will be efficient in preserving the educational system's flow. Institutions that provide distant learning programs might encourage it to advance system development and to share the approach to service maintenance. Collaboration effort with the assistance of communities will benefit the institution in promoting learning through the new system. Rural communities face challenges such as a lack of funds and experience.
