Dear Erjan Kahya!
I would like to inform you that in the 2020-2021 academic year, 168 students graduated from the academic lyceum of the Tashkent Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering.
Today, 136 graduates have been admitted to prestigious universities of the Republic and abroad. Today, the percentage of our students enrolled in higher education institutions in relation to the number of graduates in academic lyceums is 81%.
In the 2019-2020 academic year, 24 out of 165 graduates of the academic lyceum were admitted to the Tashkent Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering. This figure was 14.5% higher than that of graduates.
In the 2020-2021 academic year, the number of students admitted to the Tashkent Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering is 33, that is 19.6% compared to graduates of academic lyceums.
This indicates that the number of graduates of academic lyceums entering the Tashkent Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering is growing every year.
Of the graduates of academic lyceum, 83 (49.4%) entered local higher education institutions and 53 (31.5%) entered foreign educational institutions. The basics are attached based on references.
Based on the above, in accordance with Annex 1 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 23, 2018 No. 212
In accordance with paragraph 33 of the Regulation "On the procedure for selection, admission, transfer and expulsion of students of general secondary schools to academic lyceums" rectors of relevant higher education institutions with a system of academic lyceums, relevant vice-rectors for work with academic lyceums and directors, officials and professors of academic lyceums in accordance with the indicators of enrolment of lyceum graduates in higher education or disciplinary measures are applied by the employer.

Here in:
1) Rectors of relevant higher education institutions, relevant vice-rectors for work with academic lyceums, directors of academic lyceums, all professors and teachers who organized classes in the direction of high results of students of academic lyceum when the enrolment rate is more than 80%. From January to the end of the academic year, in addition to their salaries, a bonus of 50 percent will be paid at the expense of increased contractual income of higher education institutions.

Dear Rector! In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 212 of March 23, 2018, I ask you to encourage teachers and executive directors of academic lyceum who are dedicated for assisting students to enter higher education institutions in the 2020-2021 academic year, given the high enrolment rate of more than 80%.
