3. The main tasks in the development of the educational system
The strategic direction of the development of the educational system in modern society is the intellectual and moral development of a person based on purposeful independent activity in various fields. It focuses on 3 main tasks: 1. Reform of the educational system. 2. Recognition of the principle of independent activity as the main principle of education and training. 3. Introducing modern information technologies into the educational process. The learning process of a modern person does not end only with kindergarten, school, high school or college , university. A person needs to learn throughout his life , that is, education should be continuous. Therefore, continuous education is a requirement. That is why the need for modern information technologies was formed. Informatization of the field of education in the 21st century information age , in every educational institution: • teaching and learning process ; - management of the educational institution ; - departments of the educational institution; The rapid introduction of information technologies in the educational system expands the fields of application of modern technologies. At the moment, it is possible to emphasize the developing directions of modern information technologies in education. They are: 1. To introduce the capabilities of software tools for educational purposes as a teaching tool , learning object and information processing tool. 2. Integration of teaching-demonstration tools and computer tools in creation of teaching-methodical complexes. The use of such complexes helps the student to collect and store information about the studied process, to reveal the essence of the processes' laws. The use of training-demonstration complexes based on modern technologies creates a basis for the organization of individual and collective experiment activities. This creates an opportunity for the student to develop his intellectual and creative potential and obtain independent knowledge. 3. In creating multimedia systems, achieving the integration of the possibilities of computers and audio-video information transmission means. Such systems embody a set of hardware and software tools and tools , combine different forms of information (text, graphics, sound, image) and organize interactive communication with the user. The use of multimedia systems ensures the introduction of active teaching methods and forms, increases the level of information acceptance. 4. Using the capabilities of the artificial intelligence system to create intelligent training systems. Such educational systems create a basis for organizing the process of independent learning, independent assimilation of knowledge, and development of intellectualization of educational activities. All this accelerates the process of student personality development. 5. Use of telecommunication tools that provide information exchange through global and local computer networks. Telecommunication communication (synchronous, asynchronous) will help the spread of advanced pedagogical technologies and general development of the student in a short time. 6. A new technology of information exchange is a real-time stereoscopic vision system , i.e. "Virtual Reality". The use of such a system in the teaching of subjects such as stereometry, drawing, and engineering graphics will further increase the level of professional training of specialists. Analysis of the introduction of modern information technologies in the educational system: * for the student to acquire worldly knowledge; * deep learning of the field of science by modeling the studied phenomena and processes; expansion of the student's field of independent activity due to the variety of organization of educational activities ; * to individualize and differentiate the learning process based on the introduction of interactive communication opportunities; * by using the capabilities of the artificial intelligence system, the student acquires the strategy of mastering educational materials; * formation of information culture in every member of the society; the presentation of the studied processes and phenomena by means of computer technologies is important as a means of increasing interest and activity among students. New pedagogical and information technologies cannot be separated from each other, because the widespread introduction of new pedagogical technologies changes the educational paradigm, and only modern information technologies can ensure the effective use of new pedagogical technologies. A comparison of the main indicators of pedagogical education in the environment of traditional and modern information technologies has clearly shown the promising nature of informational pedagogical education. This can be confirmed based on the following points. Traditional didactics sets itself the goal of forming a theory of teaching aimed at accelerating the mental development of the student, creating methodical methods that ensure the optimization of the skills and abilities of educational activities, the process of knowledge acquisition. In informed pedagogical education, didactics and information have a pedagogical effect aimed at ensuring the achievement of educational goals that determine the need to accelerate the intellectual development of a member of society, and make the demonstration and development of personal functional potential its main goal. puts This goal can be fully achieved only by introducing the capabilities of modern information technologies. Traditional didactics , without paying serious attention to the independent work of the student, mainly offers a demonstration-explanation method. Some forms of development of students' creative potential and activation of independent activity are reflected in the theories of problem-based teaching and algorithmization of teaching. The effective introduction of ideas related to these theories leads to an increase in the level of knowledge, its quality, saving time spent on mastering educational materials, and the formation of mental activities. But all this depends on how to use the methods and tools of teaching and its level. Didactics in the environment of modern information technologies offers a wide range of educational activities aimed at independent assimilation of knowledge through the active use of modern information technologies. Didactic thinking in this environment develops the potential and capabilities of the individual, aesthetic education, education of information culture, independent acquisition of knowledge, qualifications and skills in educational and information activities. Taking into account the above, the pedagogical goals of introducing modern information technologies are described.
