The scientific novelty of the study lies in the fact that it clarifies, from the standpoint of a holistic approach to the essence, driving forces and educational mechanisms of the pedagogical process, the consideration of the influence of pedagogical communication on the educational process of the school.
The practical significance of this study lies in the fact that a substantiated content is proposed, and along with it, the correctional work carried out to form reasonable communication between teachers and students allows us to further improve the communicative qualities of the teaching staff of the school.
The object of study of this thesis is the pedagogical process.
Subject of study is to determine the role of pedagogical communication in improving the educational process.
In resolving the problem posed, we proceeded from the following hypothesis: if you organize reasonable communication between students and teachers, in accordance with their interests and needs, then we can expect an effective course of the pedagogical process.
The purpose of the study is to study the role of pedagogical communication in improving the educational process of the school.
Based on the purpose of the study, we considered it necessary to solve the following tasks :

  1. The study of psychological, pedagogical, theoretical, methodological literature on the problem under study.

  2. Disclosure of the essence, content of pedagogical communication and its role in the professional activities of a teacher.

  3. Development of methodological and practical recommendations.

To achieve the set goal and solve the tasks put forward, we developed a research procedure that provides for the selection of a set of methods corresponding to a specific task.
methods :

  • Observation;

  • Experiment;

  • Poll method;

  • Bibliographic method;

  • Interpretive methods;

  • Psychodiagnostic methods.

The base of the study was the Zatobol secondary school No. 1 of the Kostanay region.
The study was conducted in three interrelated stages.
At the first stage of the study, the main tasks were:

  • based on the study of literary sources and special works on the research problem, to give a theoretical justification for the role of pedagogical communication in the activities of a teacher;

  • to study the levels of sociability among teachers, as well as to conduct a number of techniques in the control and experimental classes.

At the II (transformative) stage of the study, corrective work was carried out aimed at increasing the level of sociability among teachers and students of the experimental group.
At the III (control) stage of the study, a repeated diagnosis of sociability and academic performance of the control and experimental groups was carried out; revealing the influence of pedagogical sociability on the organization of students' communication.
