Conclusion


The pedagogical process is a change in the states of the "teachers-students" system. To ensure the effectiveness of the functioning of this system, it is necessary to organize and manage activities for both the teacher and the students. This process, in turn, is impossible without the right communication. Teachers need to be oriented not only to knowledge of the theory of teaching and upbringing, but also to mastering the methods of putting into practice the essence and patterns of pedagogical communication.
Therefore, today the role of pedagogical communication in the structure of the teacher's activity is very large. After all, thanks to properly delivered communication, not only relationships develop, but also the personality of the student, as well as his learning motivation.
We have done a lot of work to improve relationships in the "teachers-students" system, as well as to prove the importance of communication in the structure of the pedagogical process.
With the help of our methods, we were able to:

  • to identify the initial level of pedagogical communication (and here we have introduced the level of sociability, empathy, style of conflict behavior) in the school of the village of Zatobolsk.

  • we carried out corrective work aimed at improving the relationship between teachers and students, as well as to maintain a prosperous climate within the teaching and classroom teams.

  • we have developed guidelines for teachers in organizing optimal communication in interaction with students.

During the re-diagnosis, we noted some improvement in the relationship in the "teacher-student" system, as well as an increase in educational motivation, and were able to prove the impact of communication on academic performance, which positively affects the entire educational process.
