PhD thesis
 ) 
The aim of research work is to determine the dominant species of pests of 
maize and other sorghum plants and, on the basis of studying their biological 
characteristics and harmfulness, to develop methods for protecting plants; To 
develop and widely test a new technology for sowing tall plants, allowing for 
ground processing. Introduce the methods of innovation. 
The object of the research work 
establishing the species composition of common and dominant pests of 
maize and other tall plants of the genus Sorgo; 
determine the species composition and significance of pests of the root part 
of plants and develop measures to combat them; 
develop tools and techniques for sucking pests of maize; 
on the basis of studying the biological features of species development, 
develop a set of effective tools and methods for combating the main pests of maize 
- the stem moth, leaf and cotton scoops; Establish scientifically justified dates for 
carrying out insecticidal treatments; 
creation of a technology for sowing tall plants, including corn, which allows 
for land-based tractor machining on inter-row spacing; 
study the possibility of bio method against gnawing corn pests with the help 
of tandem "trichogram + brakon"; 
Select the most effective insecticide samples against the main maize pests; 
Develop regulations for their application and introduce them into production; 
to study the economic and economic effectiveness of the methods of the 
maize protection system from pests;
