The statistical analysis of the quality indicators of the experimental and control groups at the beginning of the experiment showed that the quality indicators of the control group were higher than the indicators of the experimental group.
Below, we provide the statistical analysis of the efficiency and quality indicators of the experimental and control groups at the end of the experiment (Table 4).

The statistical analysis of the quality indicators of the experimental and control groups at the end of the experiment showed that the quality and efficiency indicators of the experimental group were considerably higher than the indicators of the control group.
Thus, in this case too, we will have to refuse the hypothesis H , and, in turn,
it will allow us to come to the conclusion that none of the indicators of the experimental and control groups may correspond at the end of the experiment. Taking into consideration the above statistical analysis we come to the conclusion that high learning indicators of the experimental group at the end of the experiment are not accidental, but lawful, and they prove the efficiency of the experiments.
CONCLUSION
Having generalized the performed scientific analyses, presented theoretical- methodological plans and recommendation and having assessed their efficiency level, we came to the following conclusions:

  1. The national idea of the people of Uzbekistan embodying all human relations was theoretically substantiated that it is not only a definite type of national values, but also human ones. Therefore, increasing the efficiency of the propaganda of the national idea developed on the basis of creational ideas was considered as a matter of urgent interest in the life of our society. Determination of the pedagogical problems, formation of the conceptions and creation of the technologies of this process, analysis of the obtained results and their systematization are connected with the activeness of youths.

  2. Such issues as realizing deeply the essence of the national idea, basing on its historical philosophical and social aspects, working out the components and pedagogical conditions aimed at increasing the efficiency of the propaganda of national idea among youths, approaching intensively to this process and the harmony among factors were scientifically revealed.

  3. In accordance with the results of the conducted scientific research, we found out that ““Kamolot” youths’ social movement” has ample opportunities to increase the efficiency of the propaganda of national idea. During the research, seizing these opportunities, the propaganda of national idea was actualized and put in order. Its intensive realization by working out the technologies for increasing the efficiency produced the expected results.

  4. Creation of a whole system of increasing the efficiency of the propaganda of national idea by working out its mechanism was of great importance in the activities of ““Kamolot” youths’ social movement”. Such pedagogical measures serve to increase the efficiency of the education system as well as provide the development of youths as mature humans.

  5. Theoretical and practical substantiation of the pedagogical process aimed at providing the efficiency of the propaganda of national idea in the system of ““Kamolot” youths’ social movement” became an urgent scientific problem. Namely, the pedagogical processes organized through the activities of “Kamolot” were directed to the formation of youths’ abilities to gain knowledge independently, educate and develop themselves, which was the foundation for the development of a new pedagogical system aimed at the propaganda of the national idea.

  6. We gave a scientific explanation for the pedagogical process aimed at the propaganda of the national idea by adhering to the principles of consistency, continuity, systematicality and regularity, creating the components of the education system aimed at the propaganda of the national idea, and making efficient use of pedagogical conditions, influential factors and a number of interactive methods for its organization.

  7. Selecting the directions of pedagogical activities based on a principle of creativity, making efficient use of the pedagogical technologies serving for the propaganda of the national ideas, and socializing the national ideological views and personal abilities were an important condition for the determination of youths’ life directions.

  8. Correct organization and establishment of the stages of the research aimed at increasing the efficiency of the propaganda of national idea through the activities of ““Kamolot” youths’ social movement” was of great importance. The development of a model providing the efficiency of the propaganda of national idea and the experiments set up on its basis led to the formation of knowledge and skills on national idea in youths, and their reaching a morally strong social activeness.

  9. Ensuring the healthiness of the spiritual and ideological environment in our society, achieving in youths’ being resolute on the way to the set goal, developing the skills serving for the prosperity of the Motherland, peace of the country and well-being of the people, regular increase of life experiences, gaining knowledge, doing sport, mastering professional skills, satisfying own interests in arts and belles-lettres, and reduction of negative behaviours testify that youths’ ideological immunity is strengthening.

  10. Making use of advanced experience of professors and teachers, setting an example, mastering knowledge constantly, harmonizing the education and practical activities, making use of the possibilities of advanced pedagogical technologies, developing youths’ capabilities by providing deep knowledge on specialties, teaching how to work independently on sources, raising awareness of socio­political events, and directing to think freely and independently by creating problematic situations were of significant importance in organizing correctly the process of providing the efficiency of the propaganda of national idea.
